As we enter these final weeks, our students are diligently tying up loose ends on projects and assignments and preparing for those last exams. It's been a whirlwind of learning, growth, and countless memories, and now, the anticipation of a well-deserved summer break is lifting everyone's spirits.
Throughout the year, our NCHS students have achieved remarkable success, both academically and beyond. Their unwavering dedication has led to outstanding accomplishments in the classroom, where they've actively participated in discussions and collaborated on projects. But their achievements extend far beyond academics. Our students have excelled in extracurricular pursuits, whether on the field, court, or track as athletes or on stage and in galleries as artists, musicians, and performers. Their successes have earned accolades and inspired awe in audiences and peers alike. Most importantly, they've fostered meaningful relationships and experienced personal growth, which we all can be proud of.
Moreover, our students have demonstrated their commitment to the community by supporting local need-based organizations. Through various initiatives, they've made a tangible difference in the lives of those less fortunate, embodying the values of compassion and service.
Now is the time to celebrate these achievements and the growth that has accompanied them. Of course, a significant highlight of this month will be the graduation ceremony on Wednesday, June 12 at 10:30 AM in Dunning Stadium, where we will bid farewell to our seniors, Class of 2024.
I extend my deepest gratitude to our PFA and all the parent volunteers. Your incredible support and unwavering commitment to our school community have significantly impacted the lives of our students and faculty. We are truly thankful for your dedication, and we recognize that our achievements would not be possible without your invaluable contributions. Thank you for everything you do.
As we head into summer break, I wish you all a memorable, fun, and rejuvenating time. Stay safe, and have fun. We eagerly await your return for another remarkable year ahead!
Sincerely,
Bill Egan
